Abstract
Lovecraft sorry to hear of the illness of Zealia's son (James "Jimmy" Reed); on flooding in New England; glad Zealia liked the scenic view of New England; sorry to hear about the shady politics of Kansas City, seguing back to rambles through East Providence and the former amusement park that was there (with reference to Lord Dunsany's "Prayer of the Flowers"); Zealia's manuscript ("The Return"), and approval of her waiting to compose again until mastering more tehnical elements from Mr. Uzzell; wishing Jimmie a speedy recovery.
