Abstract
Apologies for the delay in answering due to illness; praise for Smith's drawing (which reminds him of Tsotha-Lanti from "The Scarlet Citadel"); Howard liked "The Demon in the Flower" and Smith's poem in the Fantasy Fan, and that Smith gets to illustrate his stories, and sorry that Astounding is closed to weird fiction; on William Lumley and the Conan series; thanks for passing on Lovecraft's story; on Lumley and dogmatism. Postscript: Farnsworth Wright accepts another Conan story, "The Devil in Iron."
