FROM Robert E. Howard
TO H. P Lovecraft
October 1931

Thanks for the postcards, and congratulations on "In the Vault"; envy for Lovecraft's travels in New England, his enjoyment of Wilfred Blanch Talman's stories, and sympathies for Lovecraft's wearisome revision work; on Howard's own work and the weather, leading into an anecdote on rescuing a pig, and then into pigs in general, and back to another anecdote on the same sow.
