Abstract
Thanks for Lovecraft's letter, and praise for Lovecraft and his stories, rating him higher than Edgar Allan Poe and Arthur Machen; thanks for the poetry, particularly "The Dweller," and for Lovecraft's kind words on Howard's contributions in Weird Tales; a lengthy discussion on the history and language of Gaelic and Cymric peoples in the British Isles (quoting in part from Bede, The Encyclopedia Americana, The Catholic Encyclopedia, and The History of Ireland by Henry Smith Williams); hoping to see more of Lovecraft's stories in Weird Tales soon.
