Abstract
Mailed Sterling one of his colored ink drawings that illustrates a passage from "A Wine of Wizardry (and on the difficulties of figure-drawing); no new poems, but Sterling can have "The Envoys" for the Overland Monthly; Smith unwell since his attack of grippe; on Andrew Dewing and an ex-stage-driver with a mule team.
