Abstract
On a review of The Star-Treader and Ebony & Crystal by Alfred Galpin; on the jubilee; Sterling written some humorous ballads ("The Ballad of the Grapes" and "Ballad of the Swabs"); on an article on Ambrose Bierce ("The Shadow Maker") in The American Mercury (mentioning "The Eve of St. Agnes"); Stella, Sterling's ex-fiance, has developed a lovely voice.
