Abstract
Advising Smith to try "Requiescat" and "The Flower-Devil" on Smart Set; Sterling advises it unlikely New York publishers will take a chance on Ebony and Crystal, but advising on best second chances; Sterling has little influence with publishers, not even Robertson; on Smith's financial situation, promising to talk to Albert M.
