Abstract
May S. Greenwood and her husband had gone to Geyser Hot Springs (and on bad husbands); on "Ode to Peace," suggesting it be sent to The Liberator (which has been publishing Earnest Wilkes); no reply from William Stanley Braithwaite (who is compared to Cotton Mather); on Mrs. Clark, with whom Sterling left a copy of "Lilith," which was returned and sent to Mrs. Coryell. Enclosed: "The Modern Muse."
