Abstract
Thanks for the Baudelaire translation; Sterling owes Samuel Loveman a letter; "Lilith" finished; Sterling thinks Smith unlikely to be drafted; enclosing the draft to Sterling's foreword for Odes and Sonnets; praise for "Ennui", and asks to submit it to H. L. Mencken for Smart Set; on "The Princess Almeena" and on some spellings and definitions of words. Postscript: Don't expect to hear from Mrs. Clark soon. Post-postscript: Asking if Sterling has sent "Caesar di Beccaria." Enclosed: "To Ruth Chatterton."
