Abstract

Apologies for delay in answering; thanks for notes on the story; on summer in Sag Harbor, and Sterling has written five stories and over sixty poems, including 36 war-sonnets, and is going to see James Hopper; praise for Smith's prose-poem; Robertson slow on production of Sterling's book, with Sterling promising to send Smith a copy; autumn in Sag Harbor, and the lack of female companionship, with plans to stay through October, then New York until spring.
