Abstract
Received the volumes of Verlaine and Baudelaire (with thoughts on "The Corpse" and "The Remorse of the Dead"); on Henri Bergson's Creative Evolution; Smith has a cold, and has written nothing but rubbish lately; Smith borrowed a camera and taking pictures; enclosing William Stanley Braithwaite's review of The Star-Treader from the Boston Transcript (the Komicke firm keeps sending Smith samples); Stephen Phillips quoted Smith's quatrain "The Sunset" in a review of Robert W. Service's latest book.
