Thanks for the poems, with a suggestion (and having to look up "nenuphar"); all's well at Carmel, though Sterling doesn't feel like writing; received Poetry with William Vaughn Moody's "I Am the Woman"; Witter Brynner promising to visit; Sterling been at Carmel six weeks and no prospects to leave. Postscript: Asking Smith not to use "Mr." with his address.
