Abstract
Smith mailed off the inscribed Nero and received the manuscript for "The Hashish-Eater" and proof-sheets for "Semblance"; Smith loaning his copy of Sandalwood for reference; on Smith's translations of Baudelaire; glad Nero is selling, and enclosing a review copy for Stanton Coblentz; looking forward to Beck's visit; Smith's exhibition of his sculptures has resulted in a sale.
