Abstract
Suggestions on the contents of a collection of Lovecraft's fiction; more on Lovecraft's artificial mythology (mentioning "The Call of Cthulhu," Harold Farnese, and the Christian parallels); on a letter from Harry Brobst on Lovecraft's philosophy; Smith having a lot of work to do, both physical and writing, seguing into the risk of wildfires, a measles epidemic due to an influx of travelers, and the local attitudes towards art and literature; looking forwards to "The Return of Hastur" and any other Mythos-stories from Derleth, with mention of Lovecraft's "Weird Story Plots" (mentioning as well Poe, Arthur Machen, Algernon Blackwood, M. R. James, and The Double Shadow and Other Stories).
