On the late reply to his last letter; Smith not written anything beyond one sonnet, nor sold anything since Ainslee's; on the visiting Andrew Dewing and his real malady; Samuel Loveman depressed, and his address at Camp Gordon, GA; on the news of an armistice with Germany; regards to Alfred M. Bender, and a standing invitation for Sterling to visit. Enclosed: "The Chimaera."
