Abstract

On a travelogue, on Lovecraft's fiction ("The Lurking Fear" and "The Statement of Randolph Carter"), on the cuttings Toldridge had sent (restoration of Arlington National Cemetery, germination of 2,500-year-old lily seed, etc.), on some books they are trading back and forth seguing into a discussion on constellations, on the idea of a Roman colony in the Americas and the Easter Island images, on Lovecraft's revision work (Moe's poetry textbook, etc.), on doorways, and possible outings.
