Apology on his delay answering her last letter due to work, permission to quote from his letters, on Toldridge's poetry, on getting paid for poetry (and potential markets, including vanity publishing), some more notes and corrections on Toldridge's poetry, some recommendations on technical books on poetics, on the Bookfellows of Chicago, on "Dagon" and Atlantis, sending "The Silver Key" and "The Call of Cthulhu."
