Abstract

Lovecraft's aunt Lillian Clark taken ill, on being more an aesthete than an intellectual, on Walter de la Mare, on writing "Supernatural Horror in Literature", Henneberger pushes Lovecraft to submit his stories for a book, Farnsworth Wright accepts "The Terrible Old Man," "He," and "The Horror at Red Hook" for Weird Tales, a walk through Providence with his aunt Annie Gamwell, on a postcard of the Benedict Monument to Musick.
