Abstract
An examination of Lovecraft's poem "Regnar Lodbrug's Epicedium: (An 8th Century Funeral Song….Translated from Olaus Wormius," which first say print in The Acolyte (Summer 1944); with aid from Lovecraft's letters, Joshi traces down the source of this poem, and a probable origin to the confusion over Olaus Wormius.
